EN VRAC IS A SENSITIVE INVENTORY OF EVERYDAY LIFE.

Through drawing, Marine Nallet Barrabes collects, observes, and reinterprets the objects that accompany us in our daily lives.

These object drawings are screen-printed or embroidered onto carefully selected vintage clothes to create a unique wardrobe.

They also take the form of sensitive reproductions, 3D drawings made of hand-crafted ceramics, in limited editions.

At the crossroads of craftsmanship, clothing, and objects, En Vrac pays particular attention to expertise and materials.

Each creation extends the same intention: to reveal the discreet poetry of everyday life and to emphasize that the ordinary rarely is, as it carries with it the memory of our lives.

EN VRAC REFLECTS HER

Marine Nallet Barrabes studied fashion in Paris at Studio Berçot and then at the IFM with Franc' Pairon.

She worked for 20 years at Hermès on collections of textiles, accessories, and unique objects; with drawing, color, craftsmanship, whimsy, and rigor as guiding principles.

En Vrac is a personal project initiated in 2019, initially developed in parallel with her main activity, before becoming the core of her work today.

It was a way to bring her drawings out of their boxes, by having them printed on vintage men's shirts, like those she has always found and worn, or by giving volume to her drawings by creating them in ceramic.

First presented to the public in 2024 in a selection curated by Sarah Andelman at Le Bon Marché, En Vrac's clothing and ceramic objects have since led to several collaborations, notably with Alain Figaret and Ofr. bookstore.

These projects are an opportunity to foster dialogue between different areas of expertise and explore new creative universes, at the crossroads of craftsmanship, design, objects, and clothing.
